Architectural-Ethnographic Complex "ETAR" and Bulgarian Folklore Center of Claritas Foundation are presenting to your attention a unique form of team-building, based on Bulgarian folklore and especially the musical traditions of singing and dancing.
The team-building "Sabrali se, nabrali se ..." aims to bring practical benefits and advantages of local folklore as a tool that can be effective in promoting team spirit in your organization through live participation and sharing the folk traditions of Bulgarian people.
Through this team-building you will experience:
- Why the Bulgarian dance “horo” is considered "an amazing and sacred ritual of unity” and how it has helped Bulgarian National football team to win fourth place at the Mondial in USA in 1994;
- Why the most respected Bulgarian spiritual leader Beinsa Duno (Petar Deunov) believes that Bulgarian folk songs can heal and how they can eliminate the subconsciously learned dissonance and lead your team to the harmonious unity, preventing the "cacophony";
- How the unique Bulgarian irregular rhythms stimulate the brain and unlock the hidden creative potential of people;
- how easy it is to motivate employees for heroic feats in the spirit of mountaineers in the authentic atmosphere of one amazing place in the heart of Bulgaria - AEC "Etar".
The team-building "Sabrali se, nabrali se ..." is the first initiative of its kind in the country that gives practical meaning to the folk traditions in an unconventional manner finding their pragmatic benefits and delivering them in contemporary context.
The event’s main goal is to provide real benefits and an exciting experience to your team. However, it is the first of a series of initiatives, united by a cause for live sharing of national values and using them to counter a phenomena in contemporary Bulgarian society, characterized in recent years with terms such as profanity, demoralization and chalga.
